Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

RocketPBN owns and sells domain registration rights directly — we are not a broker, agent, or intermediary. We provide no web hosting, DNS management, server infrastructure, source code, or content services of any kind. Once a domain is handed over, we have no further control over, access to, or responsibility for that asset.

By using this platform you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of any domain complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including regulations on digital assets, licensed industries, and online gambling.

All transactions are structured as a Digital Asset Barter: cryptocurrency (USDT) is exchanged for a domain registration right. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible by nature. RocketPBN bears no liability for funds lost due to a wrong wallet address, incorrect network selection, or blockchain infrastructure failures.

Handover is complete when we provide a valid Auth Code (EPP Code) or execute an account push to your registrar. You must cooperate to accept the domain within 7 days of payment confirmation. If your delay causes the domain to expire or be lost, that loss is your sole responsibility — no refund or replacement will be issued.

All domains are sold 'AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS'. SEO metrics (DR, DA, Backlinks, Traffic) are reference-only snapshots from third-party tools at a single point in time. We make no guarantee of search rankings, indexing status, traffic volume, or metric stability after transfer. Algorithm updates, penalties, and de-indexing events are entirely outside our control.

It is your sole responsibility to verify, before transacting, that the domain does not infringe any trademark, trade name, or intellectual property right. RocketPBN will not fund, represent, or compensate in any UDRP, URS, or court-ordered seizure proceeding. No refunds are issued if a domain faces legal challenge after transfer.

You may not use any purchased domain for unlicensed online gambling (iGaming, sports betting), phishing, malware distribution, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. RocketPBN receives no profit share, commission, or recurring benefit from any buyer's business — our only consideration is the one-time cryptocurrency barter. We provide no technical assistance for deploying domains to gambling servers, DNS configurations, or PBN setups. Once the domain leaves our registrar account, RocketPBN has zero control over and zero legal connection to its use — we are not an accomplice, facilitator, or co-defendant under any criminal theory.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold RocketPBN and its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, fines, administrative penalties, or legal costs (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the domain in any jurisdiction.

RocketPBN is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, SEO metric decline, traffic loss, or domain seizure. Where full exclusion is not permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for any claim is capped at the exact USDT amount you paid for the specific domain in dispute.

We comply with Vietnam's Decree 147/2024/ND-CP on internet and network information management. We reserve the right to disclose transaction logs (IP addresses, wallet addresses, transaction hashes) to law enforcement or ICANN/UDRP bodies upon a legally binding request. Accounts suspected of serious criminal activity may be suspended immediately and without prior notice.

If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in full force (Severability). We are not liable for events beyond our control — blockchain outages, ICANN policy changes, or government orders (Force Majeure). This agreement is governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are resolved by good-faith negotiation within 30 days, then binding commercial arbitration.
