RocketPBN is a domain listing and sales platform. Financial transactions occur separately after confirming a domain’s availability and price. Creating an account is optional but may provide enhanced features such as saved searches, favorites, and streamlined communication.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate and current. RocketPBN may suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information or violate these Terms.

Important: Creating an order on RocketPBN does not automatically reserve or purchase a domain. Orders are considered inquiries. A domain is considered sold only after payment is completed and confirmed by RocketPBN.

III. Account Responsibilities

When creating an account:

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to others is prohibited.

IV. Domain Purchase and Payment

• Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time until confirmed in writing by RocketPBN staff.

• Domains are sold “as-is” without guarantees about prior SEO metrics, backlinks, or indexing.

• Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated upon order confirmation.

RocketPBN reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify orders at our discretion, particularly if payment terms are not met.

V. Refunds and Transfers

• Refunds are only granted in the case of verified technical errors or domains penalized with confirmed Google Pure Spam penalties — and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

• RocketPBN is not liable for domain value changes, SEO performance, or ranking losses after purchase.

• Transfer codes must be used within 90 days after issuance. Failure to use the code within this timeframe may result in forfeiture without refund.

It is your responsibility to update WHOIS and ownership information upon receiving a domain.

VI. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes;

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;

• Resell RocketPBN account access or Service functionality;

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape RocketPBN’s data or structure;

• Submit automated or fraudulent inquiries.

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

VII. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on RocketPBN are the property of RocketPBN or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or modify any content without our express written consent.

RocketPBN’s maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific domain at issue.
