Investigation and Resolution Process

  • If sufficient supporting documentation is provided with the complaint, we will review the matter and respond with the investigation outcome within 24 hours.

  • If additional information is required, we will maintain communication and provide updates every 24 hours until the situation is resolved.

  • Progress updates and ticket status can be tracked through links included in our email responses.
